How do you measure progress?

This is important to us. We encourage people to notice what’s changing in their daily work, what feels easier, what’s being applied, and where confidence is growing. Regular conversations and feedback help capture these shifts and keep learning— and the results they generate— focused on what truly makes a difference.

What’s the difference between coaching and training?

Training gives groups new tools and techniques to use together. Coaching is different — it’s about self-development. Through questions, reflection and observations, coaches help individuals and teams understand themselves better and turn that insight into action.

Do you offer coaching and training remotely or in person?

All our services can be delivered remotely, in person, or in a hybrid format. We adapt to what works best for your people, schedule and location.

How does coaching work?

A good coaching process starts with the right match. We make sure coach and client fit well, often through a short chemistry meeting before we begin. Each session follows the client’s agenda, with our coaches as partners helping you explore what matters most.

How long does a typical coaching process take?

It depends on your goals, but most coaching runs over six to ten sessions across a few months, giving you time for reflection and progress.
